Upstairs there is a room of roughly 60 square metres with windows on every side. The view runs across the valley towards the Pyrenees. It is separate from the living quarters, so what happens there stays there, and anyone stepping out is not in the way.
Enough space for eight people to do yoga, breathwork, circle work, painting or writing. If you would rather work outside there is a platform among the vines and several terraces.
Your own bedroom is on the same floor. You are never sleeping on a sofa or in the middle of your group.
The whole estate, exclusively
1.6 hectares, and during your week there is nobody else on it. Four ensuite bedrooms with walk-in showers and separate toilets, air conditioning throughout, a large kitchen and living room, a dining table for eight inside and ten outside.
Outside: a private pool, a wood-fired hot tub, an outdoor shower, several terraces and a boules court. The infrared sauna, massages and other treatments can be booked on site at an extra charge.
We live in the house next door, so somebody is always reachable without anyone walking through your group.
We do not market to your participants
Angela runs her own retreats here. That is worth saying out loud, because it raises a fair question: will the owners approach my group?
They will not. Your guests are your guests. We do not contact them, we do not add them to anything, and we do not mention our own programme during your week.
If you would like to use what is here, that is a different matter. Angela can be booked for a single session, breathwork or bodywork within your programme, at your request and never on our initiative.
Rates
From 4,000 euro per week for the whole estate, exclusive use, up to eight participants plus the facilitator. With eight people that works out at 500 euro per person for seven nights, including an ensuite room.
For most organisers that is 20 to 30 percent of their week revenue. What you charge for your programme, catering and your own time is up to you.
Additional: final cleaning 250 euro, deposit 800 euro returned within eight days, tourist tax 2.50 euro per person per night, electricity above 250 kWh per week at 0.50 euro per kWh. Catering, transfers and treatments are quoted separately.
Who books here
Yoga and breathwork teachers with six to eight participants. Coaches running a deepening week or peer supervision. Writing and painting weeks. Team weeks for small companies. Photography and creative weeks.
For larger groups this is not the place. Eight participants is the maximum and it stays that way.
When to come: April to June and September to October. Those months are cooler, the region is quiet and the estate is available for groups. In July and August the house is let as a holiday home.
